Our studio and one bedroom units range from 280 to 460 square feet. All have 9 foot ceilings, some boasting 25 foot ceilings giving you a dramatic and elegant space to call home. Choose a view of Pike’s Peak or Garden of the Gods. Enjoy a choice of morning or afternoon sunshine. Be within steps of amenities such as our private elegant dining room, laundry room and care staff.

The Healthcare Resort of Colorado Springs offers Independent Living services for those who are looking to enjoyed the pampered lifestyle. Stay active through exercise in our workout studio, read a book in our beautiful reflections room while enjoying beautiful mountain views. Our outdoor fire pit is a great place to congregate and enjoy the beautiful nights while staying warm. Independent Living guests can enjoy all of the fine resort amenities that are available to members of our community.
