Our Mission
Our mission is to dignify sub-acute and long-term care in the eyes of the world. We work to achieve this through what we call moments of truth, or staff going above and beyond to provide personalized care for those that stay with us – however long that may be.
Our goal is to transform the way that healthcare is delivered in a post-acute setting.
